These responsibilities closely mirror the core functions of this role, including assisting with dispute files, preparing bundles, supporting hearings, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. In addition, I have extensive experience conducting legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and HeinOnline, and I am confident in my ability to quickly develop expertise in inheritance and trust disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, contentious probate matters, and trust-related applications. While my direct exposure to contentious probate is developing, I bring a strong litigation mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn qualities I understand are essential for success in this specialist area.
