Are you looking to build your legal career in a fast-paced and supportive environment? We’re looking for a New Business Executive to join our busy and friendly Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting lawyers throughout the lifecycle of private client transactions.

In this vital role, you’ll be hands-on with a wide range of tasks — from liaising directly with new and existing clients to speaking with third parties to keep transactions on track. You will take responsibility for the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate records for the firm. Your organisation, attention to detail, and proactive approach will make a real difference to the efficiency and success of our team. The New Business Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and providing exceptional service in the wills, trusts, and estate planning department.

Please note, although this is a remote role, you will be expected to spend some time in the head office in Chandlers Ford for initial and ongoing training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospective clients through outreach and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored solutions regarding wills, trusts, and estate planning services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • The handling of new enquiries over telephone and email.

  • Previous experience in a sales environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and friendly manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.
  • An attitude to learn.
