Lifetime Planning Legal Advisor

Job Description

We are pleased to invite applications for a Legal Advisor to join our well-regarded Lifetime Planning team, specialising in Wills and Last Powers of Attorney work.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in private client law. Previous experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, or private client work would be an advantage; however, full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build or transition into this area of law.

The Role:

You will be involved in a broad range of wills and probate matters, including:

·         Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

·         Assisting with Probate and Estate Administration

·         Advising clients on succession and estate planning

·         Supporting the team with general private client work

As your skills and confidence develop, you will be given increasing responsibility and client contact.

Duties will also include:

·         Meeting targets whilst maintaining high quality standards

·         Complying with agreed service levels

·         Participating in marketing activities and business development opportunities

The successful candidate should have:

·      Excellent administration and organisation skills

·      The ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varying workload

·      Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relations with both  colleagues and clients

·      The ability to work at a highly professional level

·       Commitment to team goals and personal development
