Corporate and Commercial Lawyer – Clifton Moor, York

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our successful Corporate and Commercial team based at our Clifton Moor office in York. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to manage a varied and high-quality caseload whilst playing a key role in growing the team and mentoring our junior colleagues.

Providing corporate legal advice and assistance, your caseload will include:

• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Restructuring
• Partnerships
• Commercial Agreements
• Intellectual Property
• Corporate Governance
• Regulatory and Statutory compliance

We would love to hear from you if you have the technical expertise in dealing with Corporate and Commercial transactions, enjoy building and developing new and existing client relationships, want exposure to high quality work and can hit the ground running!

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a solid Commercial/Corporate Law background – ideally 4 years plus
• Have excellent client care skills
• Show a professional and commercial approach to delivering legal advice
• Enjoy mentoring and supporting the development of our team
• Demonstrate some experience in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives
