We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Business Support Assistant to join our busy and respected law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our front of house service for clients and providing administration support to our teams.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Reception or administration experience would be an advantage, and the successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and possess relevant IT skills. You will also have good interpersonal skills that will enable you to liaise with both clients as well as team members at all levels across the business. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are innovative, collaborative and approachable.
Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided to support your development.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Front of house duties including greeting clients and hospitality
· Arranging appointments and managing meeting rooms
· Administration duties such as file opening, photocopying and scanning documents
· Handling of incoming calls, dealing with enquiries and directing to the relevant teams
The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and have relevant IT skills. You will have good interpersonal skills that will enable you to liaise with team members at all levels across the business. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to this position.
