Paralegal opportunity - Family Department

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Family team based in our city centre office.

Previous experience would be beneficial  but we would love to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic, highly organised and keep to develop their Family Law career in a supportive legal environment.  The role will involve supporting fee earners on a wide range of matters including divorce cases, private law children work, financial settlements and separation arrangements.

Providing excellent client care is central to this role, particularly as our clients may be experiencing sensitive or emotional circumstances.   Producing  high-quality work with close attention to detail is also key.  You will need to be confident communicating with colleagues and external agencies,  proactive in managing tasks, and capable of prioritising a varied workload.

• Previous legal experience and an interest in Family law (but not essential)
• A proactive and positive approach to their work
• The ability to work within a busy team and support their colleagues
• Superb levels of client care
• Strong team working skills – supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team
