We are seeking a hard-working and ambitious paralegal to join the highly regarded Employment and Dispute Resolution department at Crane & Staples LLP.
Position: Paralegal – Employment & Dispute Resolution
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on Fridays)
Location: Office-based (no remote working)
As a Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting our solicitors with a wide range of Employment and commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our Employment and Dispute Resolution department, assisting with client interactions, case management and various administrative tasks.

As you progress within the team, you may be offered opportunities to take on some fee-earning work under the supervision of the solicitors in the department. This could include:
At Crane & Staples, we use sophisticated technology and software to provide a seamless experience for staff and clients. For this reason, this role would suit someone who is proficient in using IT such as Microsoft Office. Full training will be provided to use the following software:
