New Business Administrator - Wills & Inheritance

The Team

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• To undertake a full range of administrative duties for the Wills and Inheritance team
• Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring callers requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently
• Record information accurately on the Firm’s CRM database and enquiries spreadsheet
• Assist in the opening and closing of client files
• Make outbound calls to clients and others as directed, referring to files, to provide information on behalf of fee earners
• Stay calm and focussed in dealing with a variety of client queries.
• At all times be considerate towards clients’ needs, providing an efficient and professional service, and delivering the highest standards of client care
• Maintain the highest levels of client confidentiality
• Promote the firm and its professional image when dealing with clients or prospective clients
• Undertake other or new administrative tasks, which may from time to time, be reasonably required
• Be helpful and pleasant with other staff members at all times
• Perform all tasks in accordance with Clifton Ingram’s policies and procedures

Requirements and Skills

• Experience in a client or customer services role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Previous legal sector experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills along with active listening
• Client focus and adaptability.
• The ability to work independently and the desire to learn.
