Business Support Assistant

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Central Services Team.  This team plays a vital role in supporting all teams across the business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations company-wide.

Reporting to the Central Services Supervisor, you will become part of a fast-paced, collaborative administration team where your contribution truly makes a difference.

While previous administrative experience is advantageous, it is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and potential. Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided to support your development.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·         File opening

·         Printing and posting of outgoing correspondence

·         Checking documents, form filling and matching incoming and outgoing mail

·         Complying with agreed service levels

·         Assisting with other central services tasks including mail services, file opening, database and reception cover

The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and have relevant IT skills.  You will have good interpersonal skills that will enable you to liaise with team members at all levels across the business.  Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to this position.
