Legal Advisor - Injury Services

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our busy Injury Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding client service.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and to the highest standard. You will be a collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a strong focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
  • Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation claims
  • Drafting correspondence using the firm’s case management system
  • Ensuring all matters are progressed in line with high standards of quality and service, from instruction through to completion
  • Providing support to solicitors on multi-track cases, as required.

About You

This role would suit an individual with previous experience in a Legal Advisor (or similar) role within the Personal Injury field. You will bring a positive, can-do attitude, along with a professional and approachable manner.

You will also demonstrate:

  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal (desirable).
