At JCP Solicitors, our people make us different. Built on our core values of being sincere, consistent, accountable and respectful, we have created a culture where collaboration, support and ambition thrive. Where early careers are nurtured, achievements are recognised and individuals are encouraged to grow.
For law graduates looking to take their first step into the profession, our Client Engagement Team offers a unique opportunity to develop essential commercial awareness and client relationship skills from day one. As the first point of contact for our new clients, you will gain invaluable experience in understanding client requirements, building trusted relationships and contributing to an exceptional client journey. Fast-paced, people-focused and full of opportunity - this is the perfect place to build confidence, develop your career and start shaping your future in law.
This role offers valuable insight into the onboarding process in a law firm. You will engage with prospective clients, work collaboratively as part of a team, and operate within a structured professional services environment. A positive, friendly approach and a confident telephone manner are essential. Your primary responsibility will be to gather information and provide quotations for straight forward transactions within agreed time scales. You will follow pro-forma questionnaires and book appointments for our legal team members.
An individual with a legal background, through work or education, is ideal for this position, however, recruitment will be based on attitude, so it is not essential. We are looking for individuals with the drive to learn, the perseverance to see tasks through, and the motivation to make a difference. Full training and support will be provided.
